夜晚9點到達,問服務員有無得walk in,服務員話9點半有位,留左電話同姓氏,當時見住佢寫低,叫9點半翻黎有得入座。我驚出錯仲再問多佢一次都係話9點半翻黎就有位入得。我準時9點半到,點知9點半翻黎連9點半既預訂位置無埋唔止,問左我兩次電話號碼,係個list到搵搵搵,唔見左,仲問我第三次先抄低叫我出面等,原本個預留電話號碼同姓氏係佢個list唔見左,仲要排好後再等。員工工作流程混亂,對呢間野好失望,態度服務又差,問多次就黑曬面,食氣都食飽
