To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 只係兩個月冇幫親, 水準跌到連一般嘅茶餐廳都好過佢食物水準下跌前菜, 同開張時比較, 間直係天淵之別, 冇味之餘仲要鹹菜有唔少沙叫咗個涼瓜胡椒豬肚, 冇胡椒味不特只, 連啲豬肚都有濃烈嘅臊味淨芥蘭有苦味. 蝦餃, 燒賣, 只係一般超級市場買到叮叮嘅味道.其它啲只係普通, 毫無好味可言以前都會叫紅棗糕做甜品 (之前都幾好味),不過今次冇晒心機去食服務態度比一般茶餐廳仲要差, 帶完位, 坐低咗, 啲人唔知去左邊, 就算應咗你, 轉頭又走咗唔知去邊, 唔返嚟叫咗三次開茶之後, 終於有另外一人問開咩茶, 跟住之前個位開左三次茶都未開到嘅女士,攞啲筷子碗嚟, 就咁就揼係枱面, 係真係揼, 唔係放, 跟住又係唔知走左去邊 (唔只我一枱, 格離枱都係咁)杯碗啲污漬, 好似未洗過咁, (如圖上方). 我見佢換個陣時都攞咗三隻先攞過, 其它啲放返落去大盆, 收返要再洗過攞杯碗黎過陣時, 隻杯放係個碗入面, 就咁放係枱就算送餸嚟個陣時, 將啲餸放係最近佢嘅枱邊,即刻掉轉頭走左過一陣, 另外一個送兩籠蒸點過嚟, 兩籠就咁疊起佢, 又放係枱邊, 又第一時間走開唉........真係估唔到呢間食市, 三年左右就

唉........真係估唔到呢間食市, 三年左右就保持唔到, 仲要差成咁

Other Info. : 每次都會見到同一件事發生,就係經理叫人做野, 經理一行開,個服務員, 就會大聲咁講粗口. 我唔介意加價去保持水準, 而唔係保住價錢, 而去降低水準
