To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日去左呢間大家樂叫野食,諗住叫個叉燒瀨粉,同個收銀講要個叉燒瀨,佢又問我細定大,我覺得奇怪,MUG有分大細架咩?!之後我睇一睇牌,冇寫大細WOR,我同佢講話要$19果隻,佢又話係細定大既叉燒飯,之後我話”叉燒瀨呀”,佢仲要一路咁皺起眉頭咁望住我,又繼續皺起眉頭咁問我飲MUG!我果時已感到好不滿,好似俾錢買面色睇咁!之後去到燒味俾飛,個師傳又差D講左”細叉燒飯”!我想知點解間大家樂可以咁唔掂,成日都差D搞錯野咁!之後碗叉燒瀨整好,我一睇,心諗”嘩,MUG咁核突既”,呢D湯係燒係燒味既湯來架咩?!白色既,係清湯定重用?!見到D色覺得好核突,好似用過好多次咁,D叉燒又硬又唔好食,只係一塊硬肉,完全不值$19,我以後都唔會幫襯大家樂
