To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老板請客，我負責book枱但忘記睇食評，咁就出事...李小姐講得冇錯，剩係服務水準已經嚇死人。聽電話既姐姐，電話講完一句"喂"之後，就咁叫人等等，等佢聽完第二個電話先，如是者等咗有５、６次。問佢有無午市套餐７位用，十問九唔知，最後佢fax咗６、８－１０、１２位用比我。之後我再打電話比佢book７位要６位用（＄６８８）午市套餐，到時再加點心。點知...點知一行７人，佢竟然比咗個４位用（＄６９８）午市套餐，我老板問D 侍應，佢十問九唔知。問經理想話　check 單，點知佢叫我老板再order 過D 餸..點呀..班人食咗大半點叫。都唔知有無攪錯７個人點會食４位用套餐？！！！嗰道d 經理發緊夢..就算有幾多廣告都係假。
