細細個屋企人好鍾意食上海菜, 有一排成日都去王家沙食飯。估唔到今日再去,佢竟然改左名,叫「王家沙花樣年華」! 個MENU大致上都係差唔多,但裝修靚左,服務又好左~千層峰係屬於頭盤既豬耳小食,師傅切到每一塊都好薄又均勻,顯得出刀功之作~加上特製既蒜蓉醬,真係好特別。蟹粉扒豆苗係秋冬必食之選啦,兩樣野都係秋冬當造既時候,蟹粉夠晒味之餘又襯托到豆苗既嫩脆~京蔥炒羊肉,都算係幾傳統既上海菜之一,加上王家沙既食康係會送埋面餅皮,好似食緊片皮鴨咁,濃得黎又唔會太難入口!乾扁四季豆,本身屋企人好鍾意食,去到邊度見到MENU有都係必點,不過今次炒得唔夠辣,四季豆唔夠乾身,差左小小咁。最後係石窩鮑魚飯,好濃味既炒飯底加上濃到黑既鮑魚飯,加上新辣辣既石窩不停熱住D飯,每一啖都係味道爆燈!!

蟹粉扒豆苗係秋冬必食之選啦,兩樣野都係秋冬當造既時候,蟹粉夠晒味之餘又襯托到豆苗既嫩脆~
