To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我作為消費者的遭遇: 家中長者愛一盅兩件,為免長者等枱兼受限時交抬的勞動兼勞氣,今天花$400元買外賣點心十個給長者在家歎下午茶,知客話三十分鐘後可到取。在商場等候三十分鐘後去攞外賣,接待處空無一人,再等十分鐘依然”無人無物”. 已經接近2:45分,入面人客不多,樓面亞姐站一旁專心傾偈。 我拿外賣單遞給樓面服務員跟進,反應真係估佢唔到、完全係”不屑一顧”,不單唔接張單,居然係睇都唔睇,回你一句 “需要時間嘅,有就會攞岀去,出去等啦”. 天呀!潮庭 好似 朝庭,人客有禮,但知客失踪,樓面員工毫無禮貌已經係 understatement, 正確來講係毫無顧忌拒絕工作,任意打發已經付款的顧客。 唔該唔好再埋怨港人不願留港消費,服務差劣至此,要顧客花錢受氣,企業高層是時候醒來吧!
