海港城嘅一間新開嘅中菜館,好靚啊!入到去啱啱見到嘅現代吧枱就好吸引啦,好啱傾計飲酒。而後邊嘅座位就比較復古啦。前菜拼盤包括桂花荔枝汁漬荷蘭串茄、黑松露帶子餃同陳皮香草醬焗伊比利亞豬肉。豬肉好嫩,雖然油脂豐富,但唔會好油膩,反而有啲爽口感。帶子餃好多帶子味,再加埋黑松露,真係非常非常之美味嘅組合。串茄清新,有荔枝汁嘅香甜,又有淡淡嘅桂花味口感好清新。爵士湯加咗鮮蝦同花膠,湯底濃郁滋味,侍應介紹,爵士湯,是一種以響螺頭與蜜瓜入饌的湯,因香港名人鄧肇堅爵士很愛這款湯而得名👍鮮胡椒蟹黃焗海蝦、龍蝦膏海膽炒飯、珍菌紫玉等等也都很有水準!龍蝦膏海膽炒飯表面上裝飾著海膽,炒飯粒粒分明,口感十分獨特。珍菌紫玉就以蔬菜皮包著多種菌類、紅蘿蔔,健康、口感層次亦豐富!最後再來一份芝麻糊椰汁忌廉配桔仔酥甜品,芝麻糊香滑甜美,加上椰汁忌廉再加味。桔仔酥就香脆可口😋如果你想食高質新興中菜,就唔好錯過呢間位於海洋中心4樓嘅花圖中菜館啦!
