星期日同Daddy celebrate his birthday, 想一家人在一个环境舒服的餐厅吃晚饭，一早在星期五已经在酩霞飞book了table。先前去过一次觉得餐厅环境不错，所以才推荐给家人...但when we went there on Sunday, they serve us to sit outside the restaurant, which is a table next to the steps area, with no 装修可言，and just like a foodcourt area, not enough air-con, and with many ppl walking around us (many pedestrians passing by) and looking at us while we're "fine dining"! They never say sorry for arranging us to such a bad table (even though I booked a table which is early enough to enttile a better seat!!), and the reception lady's sayings made us feel that they think we're wery 麻烦tim!
As Mum & dad know I booked the place and don't want to embarass me, so we decided to stick with this place. We try to complain to their 部长/经理, but the waiter + waitresses there simply give us an excuse that the manager's not in shop (even though we stayed there for 1.5hrs)!! what a coward and don't even dare to hear complains from customers!!
The food there is nothing special （some dishes are quite cold when served), given a foodcourt environment, such price is far too expensive (we spent $870 for 7ppl, but 4ppl in the table were already quite full b4 the dinner, so we didn't ordered much)!!
One more point, the dinning ware and tables there are quite old (dining ware are de-coloured and w/ broken edges, tables are just wooden tables with signs of age)...
So 概括而论，I WON'T SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO THERE AGAIN!!
