朋友突然話要食翅,見到面先知原來係食碗仔翅。Surprise!!其實我第一次食十八座,呢碗碗仔翅都幾驚喜。因為非常足料,又有鴨肉絲,仲有得加埋榨菜。湯底好夠滾,但唔會杰到漿住個口。而且唔係好咸,食落幾惹味。份量算係大Size,一碗細翅都已經好夠,唔知大翅到底有幾大碗。而我最鍾意,就係燒鴨脾 (下庄)。好多年前一個好朋友教我,識食一定係食下庄,所以以後去親邊度有得揀一定揀下庄。街邊燒鴨脾嚟講,都做到皮脆肉嫰,又唔油膩,我非常欣賞。食一啖,再沾啲翅嚟食,真係好正。過吓口癮嘅魚蛋就冇乜特別。口感賣相味道都係一般嘅炸魚蛋一樣。同場其實仲食咗大腸蘿蔔,不過個醬汁太濃,本人不太Like。而重點狗仔粉,由於我唔食魚肉,直接Skip咗。
