個fd係外國番黎,話好掛住香港啲野食,順便做埋冬,請佢食餐好少少啦!黎到尖沙咀,搵左呢間日本菜。花生豆腐,呢個琉球傳統食品,第一次食,食落質地有啲似布丁,主要用米粉和蕃薯粉做,同豆腐口感截然不同。雪魚干,暖暖地,脆脆地,送酒一流。吞拿魚刺身三點盛,赤身,中拖,大拖呈現明顯顏色,好靚好新鮮。另外加左室津蠔,外型厚大,先咸後甜,有豐富海水味。鮟鱇魚肝,脂肪含量高,油脂柔嫩,係海中鵝肝。銀杏串,乾身外表,裡面有白果香味。青椒仔豚肉卷串,豚肉充滿油脂質地,配合青椒仔微辣,解膩。雞頸肉,雞肉彈滑,燒得剛剛好。鮮魚湯野菜鍋,食完刺身,黎番個暖笠笠野菜鍋,好balance濃湯蝦烏冬,個湯充斥着濃濃既蝦味,仲有日式烏冬滑入口,好味味!
