睇左一陣menu,我地點左8,9碟餸.等菜期間細心欣賞店內有心思嘅擺設(但冇影低😆).可惜今晚冇Live聽,細問下得知係星期一,三先有(希望聽完冇記錯😬).餸菜陸續送到,必提嘅係煙茶皇煙燻三黃脆皮雞,職員上菜時揭開蓋傳來陣陣煙勳味,脆皮雞入口非常鮮滑🤤,記憶中已好耐未食過咁滑嘅雞啦😍.其他餸都唔錯,進食期間職員頻密地幫我地換碟,好細心.最後食左個滑溜原桶黑豆腐花,為呢餐晚飯劃上一個完美句號😁😁😁😁

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
