To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近坑口多了很多新食巿,貪新鮮很多巿民自然會去新店覓食,今晚我倆想起去這間久違了的食巿。我們大約830 到,叫了海皇豆腐煲和涼瓜炒牛肉。 豆腐煲瞬間就到,但份量極少,我們叫菜時是看到圖片才叫,但明顯眼前的和圖片十分不符(份量和食材)。吃下去時發覺所謂「海皇」原來只有小蝦和魚片頭(魚蛋粉的魚片頭),而且魚片頭只有數片。 若食巿認為客人會安然收貨就有點錯判了,我們會安然地吃了這頓飯,不會即時投訴,但下次再幫襯就會三思了,因為如前述,食巿選擇已多了很多。客人就是這樣悄悄溜走了。
