講到食川菜,除咗乾鍋之外,必定是點老壇酸菜魚,惹味又開胃,入面超多料,魚片、老壇酸菜、萵筍、寬粉、雞髀菇、白蘿蔔片、黑木耳等,湯底香濃,整體小辣的辣度及調味都剛剛好!個人大推螞蟻上樹,好有鑊氣,足料好惹味,我同朋友都係咁夾!尖椒牛肉同樣惹味,尖椒籽清理得乾淨,冇乜點食到好辣嘅尖椒片,牛肉炒完仲係好嫩~如果佢可以再乾身啲就更正!平時食川菜通常都會點酸梅湯,開胃解油膩~夏天必點冰粉,飯後食透心涼!價錢參考:
