中菜傳統用圓枱舖枱布,這餐館用方枱及卡位,感覺上會 「年青」及「有活力」。看似平凡,其實這是玫瑰花茶,中西合璧,好清香!波蘿咕嚕肉食過不下數十次,菠蘿總會有渣,肉也總會有些少根,今次兩樣都冇,而且非常脆口,係有驚喜。花枝片片得薄,不用花,跟翠肉瓜爆炒,好爽口。個人非常欣賞醉香BB鴿,真的非常脆。而且很少餐館是會將 pat pat 位切除的,頗為細心的。牛肝菌燉雞湯,足料兼夠火喉,加上不肥膩,平時少飲湯的我也添飲。甜品是贈送的!
