日本野一向見我倆口子的至愛🤪尖沙咀H8又有新餐廳,位於11樓的 岸久市場口碑不俗,一於過來試試🤪裝修挺特別的,日本文化為主題,加入不少日本舊文化的元素,頗有新鮮感!先來個沙律🥗青瓜蟹籽沙律就食得多 ,山青蘋果蟹籽沙律還是第一次試,口感更加豐富,想上山青蘋果,好咁爽脆又清甜,正🤩🤩刺身四點盛盒,份量都多,大赤蝦2只,油甘魚3片,三文魚生3片,帆立貝1大隻,超滿足😍😍自製滨燒盛合,貝殼類用燒的方式就最鮮甜啦😍帆立貝和馬刀貝最為出色,大大隻鮮甜爽口,用上高湯去燒,令鮮味更加突出😋  吞拿魚亦足我們的至愛,所以點了漁師精選丼😋大量的吞拿魚茸加上玉子和三文魚子點綴,每口都充滿着綿綿滑滑的吞拿魚,用紫菜包住食口感更加豐富🤪🤪食到最後還可以用茶漬飯的食法,相當不錯👍👍以我們對日本菜的喜愛程度,這頓真的值回票價,各款菜式都贊🥰🥰
