太子呢間燒味專門店靠近花墟,平日夜晚都好多人幫襯,小店唔算好大,簡單明淨嘅裝潢,主打多款港式燒味。燒味質素幾好,食得出用料靚,對得住個價錢👍🏻 當日乳豬賣晒,有機會都想試吓~🔸燒鵝五寶飯 $88有選擇困難症揀五寶飯就啱晒啦!有4款燒味加鹹蛋,樣樣都可以試吓,份量又多,好正!個人覺得最好味係燒腩仔!脆皮好加分,而且肥瘦分明,唔會大大層肥膏,油脂香肉軟嫩~ 燒鵝啖啖肉,皮都好香脆!叉燒半肥瘦,切雞都啖啖肉,加點蔥油食👍🏻連鹹蛋都起沙,正!仲配條菜~ 🔸金牌原隻燒鵝髀拼燒腩仔瀨粉 $118呢度嘅燒鵝髀都好正!唔會好肥,肉質札實有油香!燒鵝皮好香脆!雙拼嘅燒腩仔份量好多,舊舊都香脆唔油膩,唔會食到一口油~ 飯可以轉瀨粉very good!瀨粉爽滑,份量算多,好味!🔸佛山燻蹄 $42一份有十幾塊,薄切點下醋汁食,唔錯!
