To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中環上環一帶都有唔少飲茶既好地方,大會堂既美心皇宮係其中一間……午市有好多人等位,其中有好多跟旅遊書介紹既外國人~ 雖然呢間美心既價錢比其他貴,但係我認為物有所值~飲茶當然要食點心啦,但係最吸引既係:叉燒 - 無論坊間有幾多間叉燒王,我都係鍾意呢一間美心皇宮既叉燒~ 一碟有三條,每一條都肥瘦適中,永遠唔會燒得太乾太硬,肉質夠腍,好食到不得了!味道好個人既,我好欣賞呢碟叉燒既蜜汁,有人可能會嫌太甜太杰,我就認為岩岩好…係最好味既叉燒!砂窩鮑汁雞粒飯 - 我覺得呢味好抵食…個飯色水好靚,飯唔會太濕,索哂d飽汁,好好味~點心類都好,不過唔係每一款都特別好出:叉燒菠蘿包 - 如果可以係佢新鮮出爐既時候食就最好啦…菠蘿皮做得非常鬆化,餐包唔太甜,叉燒餡三分肥七分瘦,講唔出架,食啦~鮮蝦腸粉 - 大大隻蝦好爽口,腸粉做得夠薄夠滑,最主要係豉油靚…(稻香既腸粉豉油就唔靚喇)~蝦餃 - 其實我嫌佢太大粒既,不過整體好味就算啦~芋茸西米布甸 - 吉士好香唔太甜,芋茸又香又滑…如果冇得食都唔知點算呢度個景就唔算好靚,因為出面填緊海…不過落地玻璃樓底又夠高,坐得舒服~

飲茶當然要食點心啦,但係最吸引既係:

砂窩鮑汁雞粒飯 - 我覺得呢味好抵食…個飯色水好靚,飯唔會太濕,索哂d飽汁,好好味~
