星期5晚同朋友食飯旺區周圍都好多人, 於是朋友就介紹左黎呢間佢屋企附近新開既西班牙菜, 晚上7點幾黎到都仲有空位, 餐廳主打西班牙菜, 亦有好多款酒類供應, 空間感幾大, 而且環境幾靜, 感覺舒服~野食選擇唔係好多, 但有好多款特別既菜式係其他地方無見過既~我地點左慢煮牛腩千層腐皮手工包, 鵝肝金莎, 黑毛豬扒配黑醋沙律, 西班牙海鮮飯配龍蝦同埋分子蜂蜜海綿蛋糕配意大利雲尼拿雪糕~先黎鵝肝金莎, 呢個小食好特別, 係一粒金莎既大小造型, 入面有鵝肝+榛子粒, 再包左黑朱古力皮, 十足十一粒金莎, 食落有鵝肝既咸香加埋朱古力既味, 好特別, 一試無妨, 好特別但就唔係話好好食, Vi好欣賞呢份創意同埋個presentation好令~之後呢個慢煮牛腩千層腐皮手工包就十分推介, 聽店員講成個包連入面塊腐皮都係handmade, 睇落好似中式既面包好軟熟, 入面既牛腩超入味好juicy, d 汁多到流出黎, 夾埋個脆卜卜既腐皮好好食, $62有2個抵食!黑毛豬扒配黑醋沙律亦做得唔錯, 黑毛豬扒成吋厚, 肉質煎得剛好, 顏色粉嫩, 入口好香黑毛豬獨有既香味, 肉質有咬口但1 d都唔鞋, 係有質素
