This Roast Shop and Cha Chaan Teng attracted me to come, as it has its own Cantonese Roasting facilities set up here, so the roast items are not pre-made then transported to here from central suppliers. As you can see some of the ducks are being dried-out at the back, before being roasted. 2ndly it also sells fresh Chicken for a not unreasonable price, which as I've said before, you encounter quite a few of these shops if we look around carefully enough! Ice Lemon Tea -This was acceptable.

Ice Lemon Tea -This was acceptable. Notice the policeman in the background, here to resolve some customer vs proprietor problems.
油雞燒肉叉燒飯 -The soy poached fresh chicken was a little tough, but edible, chicken taste was average. Char Siu was marinated well, but a bit hard rather than tough, but this was lean meat so its acceptable. Roast Pork is better than some shops but worst than some others - so roughly around average, at least the skin was very crispy. Rice with sauce was average.
Got attracted in by this. Wouldn't say I was disappointed but it was mediocre, however I would probably come back here to eat if I was after lean roast meats.
