位於深水埗的川大哥,主要食川菜同酸菜魚,啲鋪有分室內及戶外區,店舖不算很大,不過在桌子夠闊落,食物選擇亦多多,我同朋友點咗一份青滕椒魚鍋、燒烤拼盤同釀雞翼餃子同埋一壺飲品。青滕椒魚鍋川大哥嘅青滕椒魚鍋係佢嘅招牌菜之一。呢個鍋菜以鮮嫩嘅魚片同豐富嘅蔬菜為主要材料。青滕椒嘅辣味同魚嘅鮮味相得益彰,帶嚟一種辣中帶鮮嘅美味。鍋底嘅湯汁又酸又辣。燒烤拼盤燒烤拼盤入面包括羊肉、牛肉、腎臟、雞翅等多款肉類。每款肉類都經過獨特嘅調味同燒烤,帶嚟獨特嘅風味。羊肉同牛肉都好鮮嫩多汁,腎臟則有濃郁嘅香氣,雞翅則醬汁入味,口感酥脆。釀雞翼餃子簡約而創新嘅菜式,將傳統嘅餃子同烤雞皮結合在一齊。餃子嘅外皮薄脆,內裡包住嘅雞翼肉鮮嫩多汁,令人回味無窮。
