Hainan Shaoye offers authentic Singaporean Cuisine and it’s rewarded as Michelin guide in previous years. Their signature Chicken Rice Set (HKD98) is delicious. Prior to the main dish- boneless Hainanese chicken rice, taste the small plate of pickled carrot and cucumber to appetite your stomach. In between, you can have a spoon of soup which is light and help balancing the fatty food. I will comment that the set is well served and price is reasonable. Environment is comfortable with Harbour view, it suits for lunch gatherings.
