今天提早下班跟朋友吃晚飯,大約晚上六時半,朋友仔建議我們不如考慮下食日式鐵板燒放題,去到尖沙咀新開的鉄人大盛開餐了!環境地方都好寬敞,有五張鐵板燒的枱,仲有幾張沙發卡位,感覺環境地方都好舒適,一坐低就取飲品先,飲品方面有汽水、啤酒任飲,客人可以自行到雪櫃拎取。食物落單紙都有十幾張,有刺身、冷盤小食、壽司、軍艦、卷物、燒物、炸物、鐵板燒等.....精彩時間先是食刺身先,端上來的刺身拼盤真是擺設得好精美,蘸上加入日式芥辣的醬油裹,能托出新鮮刺身的鮮味,新鮮的三文魚入口柔嫩,入口即化。北寄貝都好鮮美又爽口,帶子刺身夾上檸檬片伴食,清甜的檸檬讓帶子的味道突出鮮甜嫩爽,而牡丹蝦比甜蝦較厚肉,入口一點沒有黏口,媲美的牡丹蝦頭有甘甜蝦膏,肉質爽彈軟滑,一吃難忘。壽司方面令我最難忘是炸蝦卷,外層鋪滿飛魚子,內裡的炸蝦帶香脆可口,再包裹了大量生菜絲,吃起來又不會太油膩,而且是即叫即做,真是好吸引!值得一試仲有芝麻雞翼,雞皮夠脆又薄,上面有大堆的香惹白芝麻,雞肉香滑又有肉汁,也是不錯!清酒煮蜆大大碗,蜆肉肉質肥厚,吸盡清酒的酒香,突出蜆肉鮮甜,香滑爽彈,令人愛不釋口。之後再點了一些燒物,有翠玉瓜、燒菠蘿、

值得一試仲有芝麻雞翼,雞皮夠脆又薄,上面有大堆的香惹白芝麻,雞肉香滑又有肉汁,也是不錯!

這裡的鐵板燒菜式都是現點現煮,仲要是任食。
廚師將新鮮的食材在客人面前燒烤, 師傅手起手落的煮出各式食物的香味,先來一份牛油燒扇貝,扇貝粒都是大大粒,先將扇貝粒烤至金黃色,將帶子肉放回貝殼上,配以牛油汁去食,帶子肉嫩滑鮮美,散發出陣陣濃郁牛油香,口感更滑溜。

一口氣吃盡兩款不同的魚排,魚排方面用了龍利魚柳,一款是用了檸檬牛油汁,而另一款是用黑松露沙律汁,檸檬牛油汁可以去了魚柳的腥味,更可以提鮮,啖啖嫩滑的魚柳更鮮香,微酸清甜的檸檬汁,吃起來更清香美味!後者用黑松露沙律汁,吃前將煎至金黃色的龍利魚蘸上黑松露沙律汁,清幽樸鼻的黑松露菌香,與魚香亙相映影,沙律汁讓吃起來的口感更香滑惹味。

平時我都好喜歡食豚肉生姜燒,貪佢夠juicy 最好佐飯伴食。廚師先簡單地用了薑汁、醬油、味醂等去調味,配以清新爽口的洋蔥真是搭配,炒香的豚肉食落又爽口,讓我們一邊食,一邊讚嘆不絕廚師的廚藝!!

接下來是泰式雞扒,泰式雞扒的雞皮煎至香脆,濃味的雞肉再淋上泰式的酸辣汁,香辣又開胃,十分惹味!

最後來一些炒野菜,分別有椰菜、菇菌、甘筍絲等,簡單地灑了少許鹽及黑椒碎去炒,口感清爽,簡單又美味!!

廚師廚即席作烹煮表演,旁邊鐵板燒的廚師做出火焰烘烘的場面,令全場客人都嘩然拍手讚好,讓我們有一個特別的餐飲體驗。

再吃上哈根大師(Häagen-Dazs)的雪糕,一共有四款味道,分別有咖啡、草莓、cookie cream及朱古力,雪糕方面都是任食,飯後來一杯細滑香甜的雪糕,令人回味無窮之餘夠晒滿足。

 吃日式鐵板燒放題, 當然要有水準有保證的,服務都不錯,殷勤又nice,「鉄人大盛」都是一個不錯的選擇!
