平日吃的大多數是廣東菜,今午轉轉口味,和朋友來到銅鑼灣的豫園吃上海菜。此店開業大約一年,已是米芝蓮推介其中一間餐廳,店鋪位於 V Point 26 樓,盡享地理。簇新有品味的裝修,令人眼前為之一亮。我們點多款前菜,包括醉雞、鎮江肴肉和小籠包。醉雞嫩滑,清香的紹興酒味滲透入雞肉,味道相當不錯。鎮江肴肉晶螢通透,香味濃郁,這道菜的製作過程頗為繁複,是江蘇鎮江傳統名菜。小籠包皮薄餡靚,用筷子挾起時,肉汁沒有滲漏出來,顯示師傅廚藝的功架。肉絲雙面黃看似平凡,但要做得好是絕不簡單,兩面黃做法蠻考究的,今次的麵做到外脆內軟,吃的時候加入肉絲冬菇醬汁,吃後令人回味無窮。最後出場的鮑魚拌麵賣相討好,鮑魚炆得十分腍滑,拌麵吸了鮑魚的鮮味,令人一試難忘。
