To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行四人專登入黎試下哩間米之蓮小菜Book 左9:30 可能因為夜所以就算係星期六晚都唔係好full蒜蓉蒸蟶子皇 $60一隻蟶子皇好大隻好鮮甜 最緊要冇沙仲有粉絲底 正 手撕雞半隻 半隻雞 但感覺分量唔算少裏邊仲有海蜇 當冷盤食下都幾過癮蒜香骨本身以為會好多油好熱氣食落好惹味 又唔油膩 一碟有十零舊大大舊 夠唒分蒜蓉荷葉糯米蒸蟹上到黎真係好驚喜隻蟹比想像中大隻有肉 而且鮮甜重點係d飯吸唒蟹嘅鮮味 又唔會太濕唔會太乾 好香好好味呀飯既份量唔算多 每人分左半碗食完大家都爭住刮埋淨返嗰幾啖飯食非常推薦最後仲有個啫啫通菜煲 (冇影相)菜份量好多不過大家都覺得比較淡味 普普通通甘上菜速度正常5-10分鐘左右1個餸係個蒸飯 比較耐少少(不過好值得等 真係即叫即蒸熱辣辣)嗰晚仲見到老闆一家都係到食飯有機會想試埋糯米釀雞翼 蒜香雞同士多啤梨骨哩間小菜真係唔錯 不過最好四個人以上食因為菜既份量都比較多 多人先可以叫多幾個餸嘛
