首先嚟嘅鹵水鵝肉,肉嫩有咬口無乜肥膏,鵝肝更加甘厚肥美

杏汁白肺湯,杏仁味濃,湯鮮甜

蠔仔餅蠔大隻且煎得香脆

兩面黃雖然薄啲,但真係好香脆

整體嚟講,八個人叫咗十一樣菜,全部好新鮮同好好味道

甜品,招牌蛋散,用黃糖墊底,醮黃糖食,配合酥脆嘅蛋散,味道一流
