作為深水埗居民我有一個目標,就係食云全深水埗嘅美食,深水埗啲嘢又平又好食,呢個就係我搬過嚟深水埗嘅其中一個原因,今日上到西九龍中心8樓見到間石鍋烏冬舖頭,見平平地就坐低食個下午茶。石鍋烏冬都係三十幾至四十幾蚊碗咋,咁平邊度搵。。呢個係叉燒烏冬,揀左特濃豬骨湯底,叉燒比較瘦同埋硬身,我就比較鍾意半肥瘦叉燒多啲喇,因為叉燒太瘦口感比較鞋,同埋煮得未夠林,不過湯底搭救。而呢一個就係吉列蝦烏冬,吉列蝦金黃香脆,新鮮就一定唔係新鮮㗎啦,不過都好好味,即叫即炸,比其他日本料理收成$80碗嘅石鍋烏冬咁好食,我都係揀咗特濃豬骨湯底,清甜奶白色,唔會太咸而且豬骨味的確幾濃,配料有粟米,雞蛋同海苔,而烏冬就用返正統稻庭烏冬,口感煙韌又滑溜!好味!罐裝飲品就加返兩蚊,紙包飲品就免費,兩碗烏冬埋單先$86,重點係好食!

呢個係叉燒烏冬,揀左特濃豬骨湯底,叉燒比較瘦同埋硬身,我就比較鍾意半肥瘦叉燒多啲喇,因為叉燒太瘦口感比較鞋,同埋煮得未夠林,不過湯底搭救。

而呢一個就係吉列蝦烏冬,吉列蝦金黃香脆,新鮮就一定唔係新鮮㗎啦,不過都好好味,即叫即炸,比其他日本料理收成$80碗嘅石鍋烏冬咁好食,我都係揀咗特濃豬骨湯底,清甜奶白色,唔會太咸而且豬骨味的確幾濃,配料有粟米,雞蛋同海苔,而烏冬就用返正統稻庭烏冬,口感煙韌又滑溜!好味!
