舊同事飯聚,一入中菜廳已被維港景色吸引著,未開始食已大大加分,真心值得好好表揚一下。。懷舊雞蛋焗魚腸超花心機的一道懷舊小菜,賣相好吸引,外層焗得脆脆的,唔算話好腥,正😃蠔皇蝦子柚皮唔係間間中菜仲有呢道名菜,終於可以一試喇,柚皮完全吸晒啲味,口感軟綿綿的。😚火焰鹽焗雞咁樣食鹽焗雞都算第一次,整件事高級起來,咸香味同肉質保持嫩滑,又沒有多餘油脂,愛食雞的朋友必試堂灼太白醉翁海中蝦將海中蝦飽浸太白酒,沒有任何配料,再現場烹調,濃濃太白酒香充斥了周圍,味道好鮮,蝦身彈牙爽身金湯舞茸玉荷包黃老太梅子蒸蟹第一次食這種整法,感覺新鮮,酸酸甜甜又幾開胃,梅子味好出,實在驚喜之作生煎手剁蓮藕餅平時飲茶先會點嘅家常菜,煎至金黃色,好香口,粒粒蓮藕肉,又爽又有咬口
