To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日 同朋友去食拉麵。店出邊裝修到好似日本嘅鋪頭咁,貼左餐牌同埋有張日本食材嘅認定証。咁緊係要入去試吓啦!入到去,店嘅坐位唔多,相信平日都要等下位 ,簡左一陣決定同朋友叫左配招牌熊拉麵,元祖魚介豬骨熊拉麵,自家製餃子同芝麻沙津醬餃子。招牌嘅湯 豬骨味濃,唔會好鹹,粒蛋做到唐心效果。自製餃子嘅餡料醃得岩岩好 唔會好鹹。我更加推介 沙律醬餃子 配埋蔥 真心覺得出奇地好夾店入面同日本嘅拉麵鋪一樣有檸水提供 ,更有唔同配菜(酸薑,辣豆芽,同類似冬菜嘅物體?)等客人自己添加。整體來說,味道同環境都唔錯。得閒經過佐敦/尖沙咀都可以去試吓
