Restaurant: Wing Hing Ice Room

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 特地來太子試試新冰室💕最喜歡吃的是焗鮮茄豬扒飯多士粒$68 多士烤得很脆 豬扒也煮得嫩 不過米飯比較乾身 不過都好吃挺划算的! 還叫了吉列美國安格斯牛配洋蔥汁$168 叫了7成熟 不過似乎有點過熟 而且煮得不太均勻 未切那邊反而生了一點 不過見到紅肉卻意外地好吃 •最後點了無敵巨型的雪山梳乎厘$88 大得有點兒離譜😂 這個適宜四人分享 口感是軟綿綿 比較重雞蛋味 內裏不太濕潤 而且外層也不太香脆 有改善的空間 點了菠蘿冰和雪糕紅豆涼粉冰 感覺菠蘿冰怪怪的 而且紅豆冰不太甜 最後整體還是蠻不錯 本人覺得羅宋湯也挺好喝 會推薦你來嚐嚐多士盒☺️
