星期四又進行好友飯局了,今次聚會地點係由一位為食同事向我推介的,係尖沙咀這一間專門食日式燒海鮮的餐廳,一星期前已Book位,所以去到後,好快就安排入座,現場裝修得好地道日本Feel,環境幾大,坐位set得好唔擠迫坐得很舒適,侍應亦好快為我地斟茶同遞上餐牌,我們選了每位398元的Set餐(叫北海漁港),等食期間,有一位侍應放低左一大盤赤蝦,只要like facebook page就可一手一次任取赤蝦(我地有四人所以可玩兩回),最後成功取得15隻,可選燒或刺身,我地選左做刺身作頭盤,跟住食物來到有燻雞沙律(第一次食口感似煙三文魚),辛辣腸,清酒煮蜆等,整體好食又開胃,然後到主菜出場海鮮有蠔,松葉蟹,鮑魚,帆立貝同甲羅燒,(海鮮全都新鮮飽滿,尤其係鮑魚仲係活的👍🏻👍🏻),原來這裏係不用自己燒由現場職員代勞(低讚)火喉恰到好處,完全成倒海鮮的鮮味又唔會燒燶食材😋😋真係冇得輸,最後再來一客烏冬同明太子飯團作結尾非常滿足,而甜品就係哈密瓜,這裏的侍應服務好,食物好,交通又就腳絕對係朋友飯局的好地方。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
