To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有悠閒的環境才有心情飲這杯咖

多次經過這店,不是關了門就是已經座滿很多人, 未能一試, 今天由於做完運動又已經是晚上8點有多, 特意走過隔離街望下它情況怎樣,果然店內只座了三個人, 外面的座椅當然係”吉”架啦, 雖然它鋪內面積很細,但店方巧妙地利用每一方吋店內/外的空間, 所以見廚房裏面還可以容納兩個人自由轉身, 真是服了香港人精神,在這昂貴得根本唔合理的地方開一間悠閒舒適的cafe談何容易,它的位置剛好在另一條巷的出口,即使占用了小部份公共空間被投訴的機會也不大,所以鋪的1/3是僭建出來的,其實情況跟很多路邊茶檔一樣,只不過它在鬧市中心,它還佈置得頗溫馨的,門口放了幾盆羅勒,生態勃勃,用手指擦一擦葉面滿是她的香氣, 唔知道店主會唔會摘些葉下來做三文治或者多士呢?想必沒有吧,當日叫了杯carpuccino,店員問我要否可可粉,我回答道:可否給的玉桂粉?他說可以,果然他給我做了杯既有香氣又有花樣的carpuccino,拿到店外邊欣賞羅勒邊嘆咖啡,啡同奶比例不錯,其實飲咖啡好多時係怎麼樣心情多過飲杯怎麼樣的咖啡,尤其是飲花樣咖啡,咖啡味道本身已經版其他物質干擾咗,所以個人感覺飲花樣咖啡最好還是選”心情好那天”才是重要的
