雖然胃納愈來愈少,但每年總會來一次,當作支持唔下梳打處理牛肉的老店,就在聖誕節人流高逢前和朋友來,除了已註冊的火燄牛柳外,今次下叫了Tbone,火候是僅僅4成熟,對於吃牛可以見血的我,是剛好,肉腍帶淡淡臊味,比較其他港式醃扒有誠意,值得支持。
