收工經朋友介紹下嚟左位於中環My Central 既越南餐廳,係中環街市搭半山扶手電梯上斜,落地面再行五分鐘就到。軟殼蟹青木瓜大樹菠蘿沙律本身唔太食偏濃味既大樹菠蘿,但加左桂花薑醋蒜蓉汁後,成個沙律既味道變得更有層次,好香而且好開胃。軟殼蟹炸得幾香脆,由前菜開始已經感受到餐廳製作食物既用心。越式牛肉眼配紅飯紅飯既番茄味道好香好突出。肉眼扒外層微微煎香,入面鎖住肉汁,口感軟腍。連蔬菜既用料都好講究,椰菜仔食落一啲都唔苦,車厘茄亦好juicy。越式米紙薄餅米紙薄餅有四款口味同兩種醬汁選擇,今次就食魷魚、蝦仁同埋青口配順化醬。順化醬混合左越式蕃茄醬、沙律醬同埋蛋。食既時候可以用鉸剪剪成細細塊,更方便放入口。焦糖布甸配脆花生糖椰子雪葩布甸味道濃郁,口感好順滑,配埋脆花生糖一齊食,味道幾夾。越式經典水果茶水果分別有荔枝果肉、大樹菠蘿、西柚及青檸等,飲落冰爽開胃,亦唔會太甜,夏天飲就perfect。冰搖越南咖啡特調微酸同埋帶有桂花既香氣,果種酸有少少似梅既味道,亦幾易入口,極力推介要試下呢度既咖啡。從來無諗過越南菜可以整得咁精緻,既有賣相,亦不失內涵。由選料到煮法都非常細心同講究,呢間餐廳絕對值得
