元朗多年來日本料理林立,近期高級壽司都成行成市,但有幾多係真係好?鮨一心,聽個名應該係非常有心機的店。Lunch壽司10件omakase $400再加10%。店鋪室溫ok,夠涼爽,唔會好似上次另一間介紹咁。座位窄左啲,壽司製作上檯速度快。師傅係日本人來,上碟都係日文形容,可惜我唔識日文,很專業的。當中最好食既我覺得係海膽壽司,用箱根貨,夠曬鮮甜。甜蝦壽司都非常正,蝦身非常大隻。Bar檯座位小,想對住師傅食壽司就要早啲定位啦,中午都比較難搵位。
