To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都只係食過牛角,牛角次男坊就未試過,原本以為都係燒肉,但男朋友個次同朋友食完話我知係牛肉飯先知原來同牛角唔同!男朋友不停話好食,下次帶我試下,終於前兩日有機會食了~其實之前經過都見到排好長龍,好彩果次我哋唔使排嗰陣已經入得去,入到去佢哋仲會比個籃我地放袋,呢個確實值得一讚!因為系門口排隊時已經要落定餐,所以傷去冇耐就已經有得食~我叫左個期間限定的鰻魚飯,男朋友照舊叫左個牛肉飯,一放到來真係好似相咁,好大碗!仲驚食唔晒~鰻魚飯冇失水準,味道唔算話好有驚喜,不過份量就好十足,好大條又好有肉地。我都試左幾舊牛肉,甜甜地,好有嚼勁~驚佢哋有唔同嘅期間限定,下次可以再試下,又或者可以試吓馳名的牛肉飯!
