是次在宵夜時段光顧, 試了火鍋菜色。原因被門外的$48竹絲雞湯底吸引。原隻竹絲雞湯底$48--混有花鵰酒, 令香味大大提升, 雞肉鮮嫩。再配豐富的杞子, 黨參等等配料, 湯底香味四溢。炸魚皮--超大碟, 而且新鮮即炸, 入湯炸炸聲, 非常香脆!!必吃!脆鯇肉--是次最差這個, 混入普通鯇魚, 脆鯇又不夠脆, 貨源質素欠佳。羊肉--$38份量太小, 只得4片。
