上星期同朋友去咗旺角食呢間叫「日本野」的餐廳,入到去D裝橫都幾日本,人數不多可以隨便搵位坐。叫了個剌身定食,有5款刺身。魚生都切得幾厚身,唔可以用「塊」形容,用「大舊」比較合適。切面似乎都幾特別,比較少見到魚生係三角形切出黎,呢種切法有D似打邊爐係魚片切法,因出面多數都係順住紋理咁切。三文魚同油甘魚都係好大,八爪魚味道都可以,仲有北寄貝同埋蟹柳。個定食有湯、白飯同埋溫泉蛋。另外叫了些壽司,火灸和牛壽司塊和牛都幾大,另叫了軟殼蟹卷。
