⭕鐵板西冷套餐我跟我爸爸叫了同一個套餐不過我同鐵板上,西冷牛扒屬於後腰脊部位,較有嚼勁,肉味比肉眼濃郁,油花不算多,但分佈平均,而且有彈性。酥皮湯對我黎講好有童年回憶呢個酥皮亦好有驚喜!嗰層酥皮好酥脆好香口,而入面既龍蝦湯好濃郁,充滿龍蝦既蝦鮮味。焗薯薯仔腍度足夠,汁亦都好惹味配上酥皮湯非常夾。
個人感想:環境乾淨,配菜的洋蔥亦非常之好。





To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme").
