To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而家呢個裝修前,好唔得,差過明德果間好多裝修後初期,都唔得,所以無去好耐最近去過兩次加一次外賣,全部非繁忙時間,質素有反彈,有心機咗,值得鼓勵,估計廚房終於換咗人佢哋份量一向少,而家擺明用碗,好胃口既會失望,飯份量可以,叫炒粉麵細份好冇癮(尤其干牛河)銀芽炒麵以前個汁好似羹,得幾條肉絲,而家材料滿滿,炸麵無以前整到碗型叫「碗頭飯」穩陣啲,有多少似珍珠米,不過唔肯定芙蓉蛋飯,得,足料,無煎乾,如果飯底先落啲油同豉油更佳茄牛飯,得,夠牛肉,甜酸度啱啱好蒽油雞排飯加溫泉旦,得,不過並非燒味點雞果種蔥,雞排夠熱夠潤,唔係整定放到乾果隻小食炸鮮奶,即叫即炸,得小食炸魚柳,即叫即炸,得,不過啤水過龍無曬魚味有機會會試埋佢地既咖喱腩、魚香茄子飯、麻婆豆腐飯等,算多選擇凍檸茶用檸汁,好有爭議,個人幾鍾意,反正差唔多所有茶記都大量切定曬,唔少亦只比兩三薄片,咁用「鮮」檸檬無乜意思。有得揀多檸定少檸汁員工一向好殷勤,雖然有人可能會覺得多口同大聲通常好景都不常,希望佢哋維持落去,有幾耐得幾耐
