To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鍾廚入面有唔少卡位,似乎完全放棄酒席而專攻散客。不過有一排卡位對正開放式廚房,想睇住啲餸煮出嚟又唔怕嘈可以考慮吓坐呢啲位嘅。 環境好似唔錯,但質素同一般稻香好似分别不大。炒麵略嫌汁多浸淋咗啲脆麵,蝦就幾大隻嘅,鮮味一般啦。炸奶同蝦多士就略嫌炸得過火,食落偏硬唔香口。 唔叫啲特别嘢,貴啲坐得舒服啲喺銅鑼灣高貴地段食餐家常便飯,都尚算可以嘅。
