因為紀念日,想找一些有質數,有view,而又性價比高既餐廳.係openrice 搵左好耐,見到呢間係尖沙咀新開既精品酒店頂樓有fine-dining, 5個course 既set dinner,最平都係$398,見價錢合理,環境又不錯,所以立刻經tablemap訂位這夜是平日,計埋我地在內只有兩枱,有包場的感覺點餐後立即有熱辣辣既餐包送上,配埋蒜蓉牛油,正!starter:我和老公各選了慢煮三文魚和沙律, 三文魚好juicy,配少許芒果醬,感覺好fresh~Soup:大家都選了蘑菇湯,好多蘑菇粒粒,足料!主菜前的是日意粉:這夜是橄欖油蒜香蜆肉意粉,一少碟已有6隻肥味的蜆肉!主菜分別選了牛柳和白鱈魚,牛柳方面,牛味濃,配無花果減油膩感白鱈魚火喉剛好,魚肉嫩滑desert:Raspburry cake & apple cramble,兩款都非常推介,食到尾聲已經好飽,不過都全部食晒!
