今晚帶了媽媽來到位於尖沙咀的日式燒肉餐廳。於今年3月25日受日本兵庫縣姫路市「和牛達人肉食中心」邀請遠赴當地參與和牛拍賣,更成功競投一頭「名譽賞」和牛(第一名)及一頭「最優秀賞」和牛(第二名)。餐廳佔地有3,000呎,以日系的灰白及木系作元素,餐廳設計吧枱,由專人燒肉服務,另外還有一間大包箱,如果是人數太多都可以訂大包箱喔~看到標題,為什麼我會形容是有別於一般的日式燒肉體驗呢原因是這家餐廳是以廚師發辦(Omakase)形式體驗日式燒肉,感覺大大提升奢華感。接下來就是介紹由廚師發辦的日式燒肉餐單~~~~由左至右三格調味料包括有燒汁、鹽和醬油。先來就是烤和牛肩他他 凱撒沙律烤和牛肩加上沙律菜、小蕃茄、凱撒醬和芝士粉,混合一起食用,爽脆可口開胃。然後就是五點剌身盛合,每樣都有2份,每隸樣肉質肥美,非常新鮮好味。然後就到重點菜式,特選和牛台盛合(五款),分別有和牛里脊肉、下腹肉、和牛肩胛肉、內腹肉和牛牛肋條還配上肥豬肉,非常貼心。每個部位都會有2塊,在燒的過程中已經非常興奮,撕啦撕啦的聲音已經開始流口水啦(笑)肉質非常嫩又多汁,我和媽媽都非常愛吃牛里脊肉,入口即溶,超級喜愛。燒完牛肉類就來到其

最後當然少不了就甜品,這是日本季節雪糕,會不定時更新不同口味的雪糕
而我這個是淡淡蜜瓜口味,夾雜著開心果果仁增加層次感,口感不錯。

在用餐過程中服務生都好貼心地介紹每樣菜色,以及會自動幫你添水、更換碗碟。
廚師發辦(Omakase)形式體驗日式燒肉還是第一次體驗,份量剛剛好,而家每道菜材料新鮮好味,
餐廳氣氛舒服寫意,可以慢慢品嚐每道菜餚,不得不讚
