一行五人晚飯,見到廣告賣火焰片皮鴨幾新穎,就決定試試訂位前已經預留左半隻片皮鴨,到店再嗌其他野食。嗌左個四人餐,頭盤有五香燻魚、水晶陳醋肴肉。兩款頭盤味道都唔錯,特別係熏魚香口肉質嫩滑,醬汁甜甜地,好開胃。燉湯揀左蟲草花燉雞,杏汁燉豬肺尤其大愛杏汁燉豬肺,濃濃的杏仁味每一啖都留係口裏面。主菜就有酸菜桂魚片,份量好多,一大湯碗上。面層的桂魚片好鮮味,而且無碎骨。魚下面有芽菜同薯粉,酸酸辣辣,又唔會太咸,鍾意酸菜魚既朋友可以一試。士多啤梨骨,酸酸甜甜,排骨新鮮炸起,外脆內軟。紅燒外婆肉,依味有少少偏咸,不過送飯一流。當然唔少得甜品酒釀丸子🍡同高力豆沙。小丸子配上桂花糖水,甜而不膩。高力豆沙皮薄,蓮蓉唔算太甜,兩樣都係我既最愛❤️
