今日我們同好朋友一齊去元朗錦田祠堂村嘅紅磚屋一日遊之後,我們話再一齊食埋晚飯,而當中比較熟悉呢度嘅姐姐就話喺附近城門新村有間用可樂嚟做主題嘅餐廳叫「路邊小廚」,作為可樂忠實粉絲嘅我們,當然係選擇去食晚飯啦!一去到我們全部人都為之瘋狂,因除咗店外有可樂嘅海報之外,店內嘅餐檯面都係印有可樂嘅懷舊畫,真係超級正呀!而我們當然係第一時間不斷狂影相先啦,影咗一陣,我們終於冷靜落嚟之後,就開始揀要叫咩食?喺餐牌上好清晰咁話係「不含味精」,所以好有返屋企食飯嘅感覺!而我們就叫咗老火例湯:生熟地煲豬骨湯同杏汁燉豬肺湯都係好真材實料,湯料極之足料豐富,超碼煲咗同燉咗幾個鐘以上先可以有呢個超濃郁嘅效果,生熟地煲豬骨嘅味道相當甘甜香濃,而杏汁燉豬肺一嚟到就將我們全部人都吸引晒,因一打開就有芳香濃郁嘅杏汁香氣撲鼻,湯底超級香滑濃郁,味道非常鮮味清甜,而且有齒頰留香嘅感覺,真係超正呀!係我們嘅必食推介!薑蔥爆魚鰾係用個鐵板盛載著上碟,可以一直保持著熱度,魚鰾嘅質感非常爽脆軟滑,而且相當入味!鹹魚鷄粒豆腐煲同平日食開嘅唔同,因平日嗰啲嘅豆腐係切到好細細粒,而且份量亦唔係好多,攪到好似啲豆腐嘅成本好貴咁,但呢度就完
總括:初頭以為係普普通通嘅小廚餐廳,點知原來係有個隱世廚神坐鎮,所有食物都大大碟同份量十足,而且非常惹味同好夠鑊氣,真係超抵食呀!
