鮨文是間有個性的壽司店,從元朗店開始已慕名光顧,自從疫情前去過紅磡店後,便沒有光顧過,聽說在尖沙咀亞士厘道開了新店,與朋友約食午飯,要近公司,便想起約這間。本來午餐想食簡單啲,便點了個$580 嘅Omkase,估唔到到都有12貫,加埋個手卷,夠食啦!個餐的壽司有:石桓鯛、BB魷魚、帶子、深海池魚、獅魚、池魚碎、野生吞拿魚蛇腹部位、白腹鯖魚、象拔蚌腹位、酒漬牡丹蝦、三文魚子、北海道紫海膽。手卷比較特別,是蚌柱,江飄及右口魚碎,口感獨特鮮美。壽司師傅的手藝不錯,是傳統江戶壽司的做法,口味偏酸,而師傅做到飯粒分明,鬆緊有致,入口不鬆散,有水準。個人較為喜歡有野生吞拿魚壽司,野生魚的肉質較實,師傅將蛇腹部位片薄,令魚肉易咬口及魚味易出,師傅對食材的掌握很到位。另一味較為特出是酒漬牡丹蝦壽司,蝦的鮮甜與蛋香酒香混為一體,與壽司十分合拍。總體而言,壽司質優,性价比高,符合鮨文的一貫水準。
