軒尼詩道生記很久前已試過,至於會展開了一段時間,看完展覽順路去試下,一行六人相信可叫多款小菜,雖然有些款式要預訂,但如果有貨都可落單👍剛巧有桂花,叫了老壇酸菜桂花魚(要求小辣),雖然有很多胡椒,不太辣很香酸菜很野味,底下還有很多粉條。另一款香蔥雞油蒸馬友 (跟餐才有此款), 雖然餸名寫蒸,其實是煎香兩面,皮很脆肉身很厚,部長有介紹現在月份台灣較靚些,旁邊有很多蔥油,其實不用加都已很好味頭盤醬香酒醉鵝肝、蔥油海蜇花,鵝肝較為爽口是正宗潮州來的。海蜇醬料是以葱油為主爽身,不覺有醋味,如不吃醋就可試下。玻璃脆皮貴妃雞不肥,皮脆肉嫩,雞身較細,以貴妃雞的烹調方法,所以特別入味, 恰當的鮮鹹味芒蝦甜梅菜心蒸勝瓜,當我有空吃時只餘幾件,味道很夾,不太濃味,不妨一試香葱鮑魚砂鍋焗飯,特別之處,在你前面抄,如果在冬天吃必定更開胃鮑魚份量都不少。甜品金絲脆麻花拌芝麻卷(跟餐才有此款),芝麻卷超簿,芝麻味十足

頭盤醬香酒醉鵝肝、蔥油海蜇花,鵝肝較為爽口是正宗潮州來的。海蜇醬料是以葱油為主爽身,不覺有醋味,如不吃醋就可試下。
