今晚朋友約食飯,不在銅鑼灣而去天后,因為行多幾步價錢平一截,一間居酒屋名叫申.居酒屋,既有川燒加串揚,佈置光猛,環境舒服。免費小食-泡菜類似韓式的泡菜但冇咁辣。特別推介兩款:立鱗楊甘鯛呢款一定要點,魚皮炸至魚鱗站立起,入口極脆,肉又嫩,超好食。文化燒牛脷極厚牛脷,口感非常好。串燒5款生燒鰻魚很有質素,魚肉好有彈性,魚皮仲要炸得極好,很脆口。豚肉蘆荀是很夾的組合,豚肉薄片包着蘆筍,味道好。免治雞肉棒配生蛋,口感激滑,好好食。手造豆腐的醬汁特別。芝士年糕,外脆內軟。串揚3款沙椎魚、煙肉鵪鶉蛋、明太子蓮藕炸得脆,唔膩,炸漿薄,沙椎魚魚肉軟滑,明太子蓮藕最特別,明太子看來似雞蛋黃,味道少少鹹。最後的炸雞飯很特別,以白色的他他醬鋪面,這款沙律醬通常配炸雞,有助平衡炸雞的油膩,炸雞很脆不油,外脆內嫩,水準一流。
