To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有吃此甜品, 真有點懷舊氣式, 馬荳一般也是稍硬有咬口, 配香濃椰汁味的糕, 好香滑!雪山包內的杏汁, 杏味濃郁, 好滿呀 !

整体食物水準不錯, 位置方便, 價錢超值, 餐廳環境氣氛與食物配合得好好, 職員服務態度亦相當不錯. 我雖然不是會員, 部長話可以打電話試試訂檯, 或許找會員朋友再來.
































好奇問下朋友,點樣先可以成為會員,佢話而家個申請表排到出年,真渺茫!

既然無望成為會員,咁就專心品嚐今晚嘅菜式罷。喜歡來這裏吃飯,要先成為會員,可惜聽經理說,即是有朋友介紹入會,連 waiting list 都額滿了。排期數個月也不一定成交。。。看來要再來吃飯,要先和這位朋友打好關係,哈哈!
