這間餐廳於天后屹立不倒多年,而且離我家不遠,所以朋友相約於這裡晚飯時我一口便答應。BB鴿 - $88/隻有點像豉油雞,味道帶甜,容易入口,而且肉質夠嫩。山汁明蝦球 - $168蝦球彈牙爽口,味道酸甜,用沙律醬調味的菜式總是令人特別開胃。蒜香焗肉排 - $118肉質味道偏淡,幸好蒜香搭夠。生拆蟹肉炒大良奶 - $128蟹肉不算多,但奶炒得夠滑又不太油膩。焗釀燒汁茄子 - $118燒得很香,茄子夠稔,蘸上醬汁更惹味。鹹魚茸炒芥蘭 - $98芥蘭夠新鮮爽脆,炒得不油膩,加上鹹魚茸的鹹香夠提味。紅燒斑腩豆腐煲 - $148豆腐燒得香滑可口,斑腩嫩滑彈牙。馳名雞煲蟹(預訂)- $680(大),$500(細)雞煲蟹配有伊麵,伊麵吸收了香濃湯底的精華變得十分入味,而煲中的雞肉保持到嫩滑,蟹亦大隻。但湯似乎太多而配料太少,令整體感覺空洞。薑米叉燒炒飯- $108炒得夠乾身,但略嫌米飯偏稔少了嚼感。食物整體不錯但上菜速度較慢。
