To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係太古城見完客,約咗舊同事喺太古城中心四期嘅潮庭飲茶。裝修後第一次嚟,整間酒樓感覺空間感大了,比以前更舒服。欖菜肉碎鹹水角鹹水角外脆內軟糯,但餡料同廣東嘅完全吾同,採用欖菜碎肉又係另一種口味。馬拉糕鬆軟嘅外型,叫人忍不住立即動筷。口感豐富彈牙香口,充滿糖香同蛋香味,食落吾黏牙又吾會太甜。竹笙菠菜餃皮薄見餡,菠菜嫩綠,不過味道就比較淡。炸雲吞雲吞皮炸到脆卜卜,完全冇油膩感,沾上甜酸醬,非常好味。糯米包黃色嘅燒賣皮内包住香軟嘅糯米,吾係咁多酒樓可以食到,呢個係一個唔錯嘅點心。
